As the title sponsor of the Road Warrior Foundation (RWF), Can-Am On-Road often gets a front row seat to the incredible power of “Adventure Therapy” for veterans in need. That is, hitting the open road with like-minded individuals for some awesome riding, team-building, memory-making, and escape from the daily grind.
The experience was built to empower veterans to take control and believe in themselves, from going through the Can-Am Rider Education Program (REP) to learn to ride on three wheels prior to the ride, to coming together as a team to ride as a group and problem-solve along the way.
While Can-Am On-Road is in its seventh year alongside RWF, the brand’s commitment to veterans doesn’t stop there. Ahead of Memorial Day, both Can-Am On-Road and Can-Am Off-Road recently teamed up with Valor Ranch, also from the Dallas area, to support its mission of empowering our nation’s SHEROES “Women Veterans” to continue to write their story.
Valor Ranch was gifted a Can-Am Defender side-by-side vehicle to help with work at its property (and of course for some fun), along with two Can-Am Ryker 3-wheel vehicles on loan for female veterans to enjoy. Can-Am also provided Valor Ranch with 20 vouchers for its veterans to go through Rider Education Program (REP) to learn to ride. We can’t wait to see them on the open road.
